By downloading or using Paacha, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
Paacha is a location-based personal journal for iPhone and iPad. It lets you save places, attach photos, write notes, and store memories tied to geographic coordinates. Your data syncs privately through your iCloud account.
Everything you create in Paacha -- places, photos, notes, journal entries -- belongs to you. I don't claim any rights to your content, and I have no access to it. See the privacy policy for how your data is stored.
How I handle data related to the app and this website is described in the privacy policy.
Paacha uses Sign in with Apple for authentication. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app. Deleting the app and removing the iCloud data from your device removes everything.
You agree not to use Paacha to store or share illegal content, harass others, or distribute spam.
The Paacha app, its code, and this website are owned by Anthony Weddle / Weddle Company Limited Co. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from them without permission.
Paacha is provided as-is. I make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy of location or weather data sourced from third parties, or fitness for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Paacha.
I may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of Paacha after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
